PTE-A is another English language proficiency test recognized by institutions all over the world, PTE Academic is a test taken on a computer by going to the test center. It covers all four aspects of the English language: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. If you’re comfortable using a computer, then this is an alternative to IELTS.
